About The Position

We are seeking a dependable Mid-Level Software Developer to join the development team. The role is suited to a practical software engineer who delivers working solutions, understands the maintenance and enhancement of legacy applications, and balances technical quality with business priorities. The developer will work in a mature application environment containing modern and legacy technologies, contribute promptly, work independently when needed, collaborate with teammates, and exercise sound judgment across competing priorities. Requirements

Strong experience developing applications with ASP.NET, C#, .NET Framework, MVC architecture, JavaScript, and Telerik controls and components.
Proficiency with Microsoft Visual Studio.
Experience with Git and/or TFS source control systems.
Understanding of IIS administration and web hosting concepts.
Knowledge of unit testing methodologies and frameworks.
Understanding of secure software development practices and experience implementing security controls in application code.
Awareness of organizational security requirements and best practices.
Familiarity with authentication, authorization, and permission-based security models, including role-based permissions.
Ability to apply a secure-by-default design philosophy.
Strong understanding of browser behavior, compatibility considerations, and cross-browser development.
Ability to develop and maintain modern web applications while supporting existing platforms.
Experience with XML, DOM processing, JSON, and serialization and deserialization techniques.
Three to seven years of professional software development experience is preferred.
Demonstrated success supporting, enhancing, and modernizing business applications.
Experience in both maintenance and new-feature development environments.
Four-year degree in a related field or four years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities
