N2IA is seeking a Senior Software Developer with strong full-stack AI development experience to build and maintain scalable AWS-based web applications. The ideal candidate has expertise in Python, React or Angular, backend development, databases, and cloud technologies. Experience with AI technologies or a strong willingness to learn and implement AI solutions is highly desirable.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional full-stack software development experience
• Strong experience with Python
• Experience with React or Angular
• Proven experience with at least one production-grade AI project
• Experience developing applications using AWS services
• Strong understanding of frontend, backend, and database concepts
• Experience with AI technologies or a strong willingness to learn and implement AI solutions
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
• One of the following AWS certifications: AWS Certified Developer - Associate, AWS Certified Machine Learning - Specialty, or AWS Certified Generative AI Engineer - Professional
• Security+ certification
• Active security clearance

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Asynchronous Processing to handle long-running AI tasks
• Experience with DevSecOps and Cost Management
• Experience with one or more additional backend languages, such as Node.js, Go, Java, C++, or Rust.

Responsibilities

• Build the UI in React and connect to services like Amazon Bedrock and leverage AI-powered coding agents.
• Implement RAG and Agentic AI.
• Fine-tune model prompts and monitor AI performance/costs.
• Debug CSS alignment issues.
• Address timeouts in Python based Lambda functions.
• Scale applications via code.
• Implement server-side logic and database operations.
• Swap AI models in and out of an architecture.
• Use AWS IAM and Guardrails to stay secure.
