About The Position

The Province of Ontario is seeking a Senior Software Developer for their Enterprise Financial Services Division in Toronto. This is an onsite position with a duration of 9 months, potentially with extensions. The role involves technical configuration, design, development, and integration, with a primary focus on Siebel and Oracle E-Business applications.

Requirements

10+ years of experience with Siebel technical configuration/ design / development / integration
5+ years of experience of Siebel integration with Adobe AEM, J2EE and etc
5+ years of experience with Siebel EIM/EAI.
3+ years of experience with Siebel IP18 with a focus on configuring / developing.
Strong programming skills in Oracle database, PL/SQL, SQL, XML, Unix shell scripts and Oracle Data Integrator
Proved business knowledge of General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Collections, Accounts Payable and Inventory Modules of Oracle E-Business
Great knowledge of Oracle E-Business table structure related to GL, AR, Collections, AP, INV and FND
Strong knowledge of SQL tuning and using partition tables
Demonstrated experience and understanding of data warehouse, ETL methodologies and OBIEE
Experience with Assignment Manager, Business Rules, Workflow, Applets, Views, Screens, Code/Scripts and related Siebel Business Layer objects.
Experience with Siebel Tools Software and editing Siebel Web Templates.
Experience in using Siebel Open UI specific classes and Methods.
Experience in Siebel Open UI Architecture (Physical Model, Presentation Model) and OOTB OUI file structures and limitations.
Experience in UI integration (embedding external application in Siebel, Exposing Siebel in External application)
Experience with configuring Siebel migration application
Experience with administering the Siebel Approval Manager
Experience in OBIEE and PowerBI report development
Experience in HTML 5, Cascading Style Sheet, JQuery and JavaScript
Working knowledge of Open UI Concepts-PM, PR, Manifest File and Mapping files
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Leadership abilities to oversee quality assurance from a technical perspective

Nice To Haves

Experience with Siebel modules such as Public Sector CRM, Contracts, Lead, Management, Partner, Public Sector Partner Portal, Campaign Management, Marketing, Resource Manager, and Public Sector eService would be an asset
Experience with Grants Management would be an asset.
Demonstrated work experience on Java and Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) will be a great asset
Demonstrated possession of Siebel 8.x or above certification.

Responsibilities

Technical configuration, design, development, and integration of Siebel applications.
Integration of Siebel with Adobe AEM, J2EE, and other systems.
Utilizing Siebel EIM/EAI for data management and integration.
Configuring and developing with Siebel IP18.
Conducting impact assessments on Oracle E-Business application customizations and extensions.
Conversion experience in Account Receivable Collection modules.
Developing reports using OBIEE and PowerBI.
Working with Siebel modules such as Public Sector CRM, Contracts, Lead Management, Partner, Public Sector Partner Portal, Campaign Management, Marketing, Resource Manager, and Public Sector eService.
Experience with Grants Management.
