The Software Developer Senior Specialist designs, codes, tests, and maintains software applications that meet business requirements and improve operational efficiency. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions using modern development practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Deep understanding of industry principles and terminology
  • Knowledge of standard office software and technologies
  • Communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and verbally.
  • Collaborate effectively in a team environment to support shared technical and business outcomes.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks effectively while maintaining accuracy.
  • Analyze unusual situations using sophisticated analytical and problem-solving techniques to identify root causes.
  • Creatively resolve a broad range of issues and recommend alternative approaches when appropriate.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and deploy software applications based on business and technical requirements, writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code that follows established best practices and coding standards.
  • Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and QA teams to support successful project delivery.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues to improve application stability and efficiency.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the software development lifecycle.
  • Maintain documentation for software design, architecture, and processes; stay current with emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions.
  • Ensure all development activities comply with applicable security and regulatory standards.
