About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Software Developer with deep AI expertise to design, build, and scale mission-focused applications. In this role, you will lead the integration of Generative AI workflows, data pipelines, and cloud-native DevSecOps architectures within an Agile Scrum environment.

Requirements

Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance.
U.S. Citizenship.
8+ years of software engineering experience (or 14+ years in IT in lieu of a degree).
B.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field.
Strong hands-on proficiency with Python, Java, and Scala.
Direct experience building LLM-enabled workflows, RAG systems, RESTful APIs, and managing complex data transformations.
Demonstrated experience with Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift, AWS, Git workflows, CI/CD, and DevSecOps security scanning.
Strong troubleshooting skills with a track record of cross-functional team collaboration and technical communication.

Nice To Haves

Experience with graph-based data models, ontologies, and data visualization.
Proven experience presenting technical metrics to stakeholders and mentoring junior engineers.

Responsibilities

Design and deploy Generative AI features (LLMs, RAG, ontology-based applications) and integrate multi-stream data pipelines.
Lead cloud platform migrations (AWS, OpenShift, Kubernetes), implement microservices with Docker/Helm, and ensure secure deployment across complex networks.
Maintain robust CI/CD pipelines, practice DevSecOps (code hardening, vulnerability remediation, automated testing), and write clean, maintainable code using Python, Java, or Scala.
Active participation in Scrum ceremonies, refine user stories, maintain repositories, and mentor junior developers.
