About The Position
The Software Developer, Salesforce optimizes, configures, enhances, and maintains Salesforce to improve functionality and user experience. The role identifies opportunities for improvement, recommends best practices, and implements scalable solutions. It leads the design of user interfaces and experiences to streamline processes and drive adoption across departments. The developer configures objects, fields, record types, workflows, process builders, and validation rules, and ensures data integrity and cleanliness. The role also provides training and user-friendly documentation to support adoption of Salesforce processes and features, and creates and maintains reports, dashboards, and metrics to help teams make informed decisions.
Requirements
- Master of Science in Computer Science.
- 12 months of experience as a Salesforce Developer, Software Developer, or in a related role.
- 12 months of work experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- 12 months of work experience with Visualforce and custom UI development.
- 12 months of work experience with Salesforce DX, GitHub, and Change Sets.
- 12 months of work experience with Jitterbit, Data Loader, and Informatica.
- 12 months of work experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud, portal management, Conga Document Generation, and Salesforce Document Automation.
