Requirements

3-5 years experience in both technical and business process roles, such as solutions architecture, technical project management, or business systems analysis.
Proven ability to work independently on structured deliverables and collaborate across teams.
Capability of delivering high-quality work within short timelines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with automation tools, scripting or low-code platforms a plus.
Certification as a PMP or ITIL, would be an asset.

Responsibilities

Identify and analyze internal processes to pinpoint areas for improvement and automation.
Design and implement custom tools and automated workflows that streamline operations and reduce manual effort.
Collaborate closely with business analysts to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Work with software engineering teams to ensure smooth implementation and integration of internal tools.
Provide training and support to staff on new automated processes and tools.
