About The Position

GDIT is seeking a Software Developer Principal to develop and maintain enterprise-wide systems and application software. The role applies advanced knowledge across the software development lifecycle, including software updates, refinement, testing, and debugging, to meet business needs. It also provides guidance on documentation and future maintenance, and analyzes software project specifications, activities, and status. The position is onsite in Annapolis Junction, Maryland, supports mission-focused client work, and requires a current TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance and U.S. citizenship.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of related experience.
• JavaScript skills.
• ServiceNow certification; the posting also specifies DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification.
• Current TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance.
• U.S. citizenship.
• Communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

• One year of ServiceNow or similar related experience in addition to typical software developer experience.
• Familiarity with the Risk Management Framework, NIST 800.53 Revisions 3, 4, and 5, and/or CNNSI 1253.
• Experience with ServiceNow CAM, RMF, GRC, and/or SecOps modules.
