In this role, you will lead a team of software engineers that support critical applications in the retail banking area. We are seeking a technical lead engineer with strong leadership, project management , initiative and follow up skills. Rotating on-call support amongst team members is required for critical incidents after hours. Requirements
- A combination of experience with OpenShift, Hogan, Dynatrace, Linux is required.
- Rotating on-call support amongst team members is required for critical incidents after hours.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Windows Server, Oracle, SQL, Mongo DB is a plus.
- Experience working with a site reliability engineering group is desired.
Responsibilities
- Creates and leads the technical design and development of software solutions.
- Proposes & designs software solutions to address complex business needs.
- Prepares technical and procedural documentation required.
- Facilitates complex problem resolution.
- Provides technical guidance and support to colleagues.
- Reviews coding, testing, and documentation of software.
- Applies modern principles, methodologies and tools to advance business initiatives and capabilities.
