About The Position

We are seeking a Software Developer to join our platform team. The role involves developing, improving, and optimizing the existing request catalog for the procurement team. This includes working closely with the Procurement team to analyze current procurement workflows, approvers within ServiceNow, and developing/configuring ServiceNow modules to automate and standardize procurement processes. The position requires implementing compliance controls and audit trails, creating dashboards and reports for improved visibility and data-driven decisions, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business requirements and governance policies. The role also involves participating in planning and estimating activities for testing new solutions, enhanced applications, and migrated tools.

Requirements

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Data Science, or related field
• 5+ years experience with ServiceNow ITSM, request management
• Skilled in designing and developing ServiceNow workflows and forms of varying complexity to support request fulfillment processes.
• Strong understanding of Request Management lifecycle and integration with ITSM modules.
• Proficient in JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Glide Record, and Script Includes.
• Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer, Scheduled Jobs, and Notifications for automation and integration.
• Ability to manage certificate inventory, and related ServiceNow flows
• Proficient in creating dashboards, reports to support operational and strategic decision-making.
• Adherence to ServiceNow development best practices for scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Strong in ServiceNow workflows, reporting, dashboards, analytics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Capable of working independently and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
