Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or advanced technical certification is preferred.
  • 1 or more years of software development experience designing, coding, testing, and debugging software is required.
  • 1 or more years of experience with a managed object-oriented programming language, such as C#, Kotlin, Java, or similar is required.
  • 1 or more years of database development experience, such as SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar is required.
  • 1 or more years of experience with unit testing frameworks, such as NUnit, xUnit, JUnit, or similar is required.
  • 1 or more years of experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines is required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate multiple solution paths.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and a self-learning mindset.
  • Ability to raise concerns early, accept feedback, and continuously improve.
  • Ability to persevere through challenges and obstacles.
  • Comfort working in a transparent, trust-based team environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Design, code, test, and debug applications using modern software development practices.
  • Review existing software and identify opportunities to improve system effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with developers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional partners to understand requirements and deliver business-focused solutions.
