Requirements

Typically requires a University Degree and minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience.
Must be a U.S Citizen.
Experience in software development or application support.
Experience with one or more programming languages such as C#, Python or similar languages.
Experience working with relational databases and SQL.
Understanding of database concepts such as tables, views, schemas, indexes, stored procedures, and data relationships.
Experience developing or consuming REST APIs and/or web services.
Understanding of software development lifecycle, testing, deployment, and production support.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to learn new technologies and work across multiple applications and platforms.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Oracle, MYSQL, SQL Server, Snowflake, or similar database technologies.
Experience with PL/SQL, stored procedures, triggers, query optimization, or database troubleshooting.
Experience with REST APIs, SOAP services, JSON, XML, or structured data exchange.
Experience with data extraction, transformation, migration, or synchronization.
Experience with authentication, authorization, SSO, or enterprise security concepts.
Experience with Docker, containers, cloud platforms, CI/CD, or DevSecOps practices.
Experience working with enterprise business, engineering, manufacturing, ERP, MES, or PLM applications.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain software applications.
Develop new functionality and enhance existing enterprise applications.
Work with relational databases to support application development, data extraction, troubleshooting, and integration activities.
Develop and troubleshoot SQL queries and database-related application logic.
Develop and consume APIs and web services.
Build and support integrations between applications and enterprise systems.
Work with structured data formats such as JSON and XML.
Support data exchange, transformation, synchronization, and migration activities.
Troubleshoot application, database, and integration issues.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Support application modernization, upgrades, and migration initiatives.
Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, production support, and technical documentation.
Follow secure software development, source-control, and CI/CD practices.
