About The Position

This role requires translating technical systems specifications into working, tested CRM applications. Responsibilities include developing detailed programming specifications, writing and/or generating code, compiling data-driven programs, maintaining applications, and conducting unit tests. The developer will also resolve and troubleshoot technical problems that arise during the use and operation of software packages.

Requirements

  • Experience in programming and analysis.
  • Specialized CRM software package support at the specified experience level.
  • Experience in structured methodologies for the development, design, implementation and maintenance of applications.
  • Experience in the use of object and/or third generation language development tools.
  • Experience in one or more programming languages.
  • Experience in application design, latest design patterns, deployment and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with relational and hierarchical database technologies.
  • Experience with one or more communications protocols.
  • Experience with middleware and gateways.
  • Experience with Siebel EIM/EAI.
  • 3+ years of experience with Siebel IP18+ with a focus on configuring / developing.
  • Experience in HTML 5, Cascading Style Sheet, JQuery and JavaScript.
  • Experience in OBIEE and PowerBI report development and testing.
  • Working knowledge of Open UI Concepts-PM, PR, Manifest File and Mapping files.
  • Experience with Assignment Manager, Business Rules, Workflow, Applets, Views, Screens, Code/Scripts and related Siebel Business Layer objects.
  • Experience with Siebel Tools Software and editing Siebel Web Templates.
  • Experience in using Siebel Open UI specific classes and Methods.
  • Experience in Siebel Open UI Architecture (Physical Model, Presentation Model) and OOTB OUI file structures and limitations.
  • Experience in UI integration (embedding external application in Siebel, Exposing Siebel in External application).
  • Strong communication skills; both written and verbal.
  • Ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with functional and technical teams.

  • Experience with Siebel modules such as Public Sector CRM, Contracts, Lead, Management, Partner, Public Sector Partner Portal, Campaign Management, Marketing, Resource Manager, and Public Sector eService.
  • Experience with Transfer Payments.
  • Demonstrated possession of Siebel 8.x or above certification.
  • Knowledge and experience with specific CRM enterprise architecture methodologies, design standards and tools.
  • Knowledge and experience with specific CRM software and anticipated future releases high availability solution design and implementation.
