About The Position

ECS is seeking a Software Deployment Lead - Senior to support the Army National Guard's ENOCS program. The selected candidate will play a critical role in leading deployment planning, release coordination, and managing production cutover activities. This position is integral to ensuring that software deployments align with configuration management controls and cybersecurity compliance requirements. The Software Deployment Lead will collaborate closely with development and testing teams to validate deployment readiness, implement rollback procedures, and maintain system stability, thereby contributing significantly to the overall mission success of the enterprise IT program. Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.

Requirements

  • Clearance: Secret Eligible required
  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • DoD 8140.03 Compliance: DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) Work Role 632-Systems Developer at the Intermediate proficiency level
  • Certifications (one or more required): CSSLP, GCLD, GSEC
  • Education: Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or Software Engineering
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in software deployment, release management, or system engineering within DoD or Federal IT environments.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading deployment planning and production cutover activities.
  • Proven ability to manage release schedules and ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards.
  • Experience in implementing rollback and recovery procedures for system stability.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with development and testing teams to ensure deployment readiness.
