About The Position

This 6-Month Software Acceleration Program is designed to identify, develop, and evaluate high-potential talent for the Software Account Management (SAM) team. It offers a transition from prospecting to closing roles, preparing and evaluating talent for placement into Software Account Representative (SAR) or Senior SAR roles. The program provides full benefits and a clear outcome at the end of six months, with top performers advancing to a SAR role, exceptional performers considered for Senior SAR, and those not meeting expectations concluding participation. This role is a pathway into Software Account Management, focusing on outbound sales to drive SaaS revenue, demonstrate selling skills, advance deals, influence buying decisions, and refine conversion tactics through coaching, training, and hands-on experience. Participants will gain exposure to real selling, not just booking meetings, setting them up for success within the SAM team.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of outbound sales experience (SaaS preferred but not required)
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Confidence engaging with decision makers across phone, email, and social channels
  • Ability to manage high volume, handle objections, and build pipeline
  • Desire to strengthen full-cycle SaaS sales skills in a closing role
  • Comfort working within structured goals, metrics, and performance expectations
  • A growth mindset and strong coachability
  • Willingness and ability to meet clients face-to-face as you grow your network and unleash sales success
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must successfully complete pre-employment screening process, as required
  • Must successfully complete any required training or orientation courses, as needed

Responsibilities

  • Drive outbound outreach and actively create qualified sales opportunities
  • Deliver compelling, value-driven messaging to SMB and mid-market prospects
  • Execute structured call, email, and LinkedIn engagement strategies
  • Partner closely with SAM leaders and sales partners to refine conversion tactics
  • Strengthen SaaS sales acumen through ongoing coaching, training, and hands-on platform experience
  • Demonstrate consistent performance within a structured evaluation framework
