About The Position
The Softball Varsity Girls Coach leads the varsity girls softball program at Fitzgerald High School. The role requires the ability to work effectively with students, staff, and parents. Applicants must have First Aid and CPR certification and either have completed MHSAA Coaches Advancement Program (CAP) Level 1 or agree to complete it before the start of their second coaching season. CAP Level 2 is recommended. Salary is commensurate with experience and background and is based on the Coaching Salary Schedule in the Teacher's Master Agreement.
Requirements
- One to three years of coaching experience preferred.
- Ability to work effectively with students, staff, and parents.
- MHSAA Coaches Advancement Program (CAP) Level 1 completion, or agreement to complete Level 1 before the start of the second coaching season, is required.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
