About The Position
Zoned Sports Academy is seeking an experienced Softball Pitching Instructor to join our coaching staff. If you have a passion for developing athletes and a strong softball pitching background, we’d love to hear from you. This position involves providing private and small-group instruction to softball players of various ages and skill levels.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of pitching mechanics and player development
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
Nice To Haves
- Previous softball pitching instruction or coaching experience preferred
- Collegiate playing experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Conduct private and small-group pitching lessons
- Teach proper pitching mechanics, arm care, accuracy, movement, and confidence in the circle.
- Develop individualized training plans for athletes
- Provide constructive feedback and track player progress
- Foster a positive, energetic, and professional training environment
- Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and staff
