About The Position
MVWSD middle schools are seeking Activities Coach for after school sports programs.
Requirements
- Applicants must be certified under Title V, C.C.R. Section 5593 and 5594, prior to the beginning of the season of sport.
- Current TB examination
- Mandated Child Abuse Reporter
- First Aid and CPR (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
- NFHS - Fundamentals of Coaching
- NFHS - Concussion in Sports
- NFHS - Sudden Cardiac Arrest
- NFHS - Heat Illness Prevention
Responsibilities
- Coaching after school sports programs.
Benefits
- $2,000 stipend.
- Additional $50 stipend per playoff game - depending on length of season/level of championship.
- Stipends will be split for shared coaching positions.
