Endurion is seeking a medical Subject Matter Expert consultant with combat experience to serve as a senior advisor and instructor. The ideal candidate is either a former 18 Delta Special Forces Medical Sergeant or a physician or medical officer with a Special Operations Forces background. This role focuses on delivering episodic SOF medical planning and combat casualty care courses globally.

Requirements

• Combat experience treating casualties near current theaters of operation.
• Either a former 18 Delta Special Forces Medical Sergeant or a physician or medical officer with SOF background.
• Staff-level experience coordinating and integrating medical planning into ground operations.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience teaching Special Forces medical courses to partner forces overseas.
• Combat deployment experience in support of special operations missions.
• Security Clearance: Active Top Secret/SCI or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Deliver episodic SOF medical planning and combat casualty care courses across CENTCOM, EUCOM, AFRICOM, INDOPACOM, SOUTHCOM, and NORTHCOM.
• Integrate medical planning into ground operations in support of special operations.
• Provide expertise on treating combat casualties near current theaters of operation.
• Mentor participants using hands-on experience as a combat medic or medical officer.
• Advise partner forces on tactical combat casualty care and operational medical support.
