The Role As a Soda Jerk / Ice Cream & Soda Fountain Team Member, you'll be at the forefront of the memorable experiences we create for our guests. You'll greet customers with a smile, guide them through their visit, and ensure they leave happy and eager to return. This role isn't just about making drinks and scooping ice cream; it's about making memories and being part of something special.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dirty sodas, floats, milkshakes, and fountain beverages
• Scoop and serve ice cream
• Deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable experiences
• Operate the register and assist customers with purchases
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting shop
• Assist with stocking products and visual merchandising
• Support special promotions and community events
