Requirements

Must be 16 or older
Passionate about customer service
Move, traverse or remain in a stationary position for up to 8 hours
Constantly use manual (e.g., scooping ice cream) and automatic food service equipment and touchscreens
Regularly move up to 25 pounds for a distance of 50 feet or more
Occasionally ascend/descend ladder to clean or lift items stored above
Occasionally position self to clean, maintain equipment, and retrieve items below counter height

Meet daily job expectations such as cleanliness, portion control, service standards, and customer service
Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
Prepare ice cream toppings and other menu items with guidance
Accurately describe all product details and menu items
