About The Position
Henderson Community College is seeking applicants for part-time faculty positions in Sociology.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Sociology, or a master's in a related field with an additional 18 graduate hours in sociology.
- Possess professionalism and exemplary communication and presentation skills.
Nice To Haves
- Community college teaching experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Part-Time instruction.
- To become proficient in multiple delivery methods including face-to-face day and evening, hybrid, accelerated, and online course modalities and may require travel to multiple campuses or teaching sites.
- Possess professionalism and exemplary communication and presentation skills.
- Foster an active and inclusive learning environment and utilize our learning management system (Blackboard) for communication and feedback.
