About The Position
A fantastic hospital near Green Forest, AR is seeking a full-time, permanent Social Worker to join its amazing team! Pay starts at $24/hr and increases based on years of experience! This is a full-time, permanent, direct hire position with a schedule of Monday - Friday, and on-call every other weekend. The setting is Home Health and Hospice. The Social Worker will conduct psychosocial assessments, develop care plans, provide counseling, and coordinate resources for home health and hospice patients.
Requirements
- LCSW or LMSW
- BLS required or must be eligible to obtain
