Requirements
- Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) required.
- Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Social Worker endorsement.
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
- Passion for supporting student well-being and academic success.
Nice To Haves
- Previous school-based experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group counseling services to students.
- Conduct social-emotional and behavioral assessments.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, psychologists, counselors, and families to support student success.
- Participate in IEP, 504, and multidisciplinary team meetings.
- Assist with crisis intervention and conflict resolution.
- Connect students and families with community resources and support services.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all district, state, and federal regulations.
- Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment.
