About The Position
St. Vincent's Hospital Westchester in Harrison, New York is seeking a licensed therapist with experience working with families to join our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Program. The ACT Program is a licensed, mobile treatment program for adults with mental illness whose needs have not been well met by more traditional programs. ACT is grounded in a recovery-oriented practice and provides an integrated set of evidence-based services delivered by a mobile, multidiscipline behavioral health treatment team.
Requirements
- NYS license in social work or a related field
- At least one year experience working with adults in an outpatient mental health setting
- Limited permit licensure will also be considered

Responsibilities
- Provides psychoeducation, family and individual counseling to ACT clients and their families in the community.
