About The Position
The Social Worker will carry out and maintain person-centered quality care for participants to maximize their well-being and quality of life. This includes coordinating and planning social and educational programs and interventions to meet their defined needs. The areas highest quality nursing care residence providing a warm and compassionate home-like environment in a state-of-the-art-community.
Requirements
- MSW and BSW from an accredited College or University required.
- Certified or licensed by the New Jersey State Board of Social Work Examiners (LSW or CSW).
- Minimum of 3 years of Long-Term Care Experience.
- 1 year supervisory experience in a health care setting.
- Flu vaccine required during flu season.
Nice To Haves
- Geriatric experience strongly preferred.
