About The Position

The Children's Home is seeking a licensed professional to join its expanding Children and Family Treatment and Support Services (CFTSS) program. The clinician provides individual, family, and group services to children and young people from birth through age 21 and their families in a variety of settings, with the goal of improving overall wellness. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is offered for full-time LCSWs.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Limited Permit, LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAT, Licensed Psychologist, or similar credential required.
• Driver's license and ability to maintain insurance throughout employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical services consistent with agency productivity standards.
• Conduct evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement treatment plans and conduct reviews to monitor progress.
• Complete and maintain required documentation promptly in the Electronic Health Record system.
• Maintain client confidentiality.
• Collaborate with other staff and outside service providers.
• Provide supervision to other members of the CFTSS team.
• Attend supervision and staff meetings.
