Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or in a related field
- MN Social Worker license is required before starting employment
Responsibilities
- Provide assessment, planning, consulting, education and referral services to Gundersen Health System residents and family members.
- Act as consultants and leaders in comprehensive care throughout the system, while supporting organizational strategies and goals.
