About The Position
The Social Worker works in collaboration with the Interdisciplinary Team to provide social work interventions, education, counseling, and support services addressing the identified psychosocial needs of patients and caregivers. The position covers the greater Harrisburg area. The successful candidate must complete four to five weeks of full-time, day-shift orientation.
Requirements
- Master of Social Work (MSW) required.
- Must obtain an LSW or LCSW within two years from the date of hire.
- Must be able to complete four to five weeks of full-time, day-shift orientation.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Team.
- Provide social work interventions, education, counseling, and support services to address patients’ and caregivers’ identified psychosocial needs.
