About The Position

Assists in the assessment, referral, coordination, and delivery of services for patients. Responsible for assessing and monitoring patients, providing education and support to both patients and their caregivers, developing state-wide referral resources relevant to the anticipated target population, and collaborating with other members of the team.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or closely related discipline.
  • A Master of Science, Master of Social Work, Masters of Counseling
  • 2 to 3 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Applicants with an M.A., M.S., M.S.W., or related degree, with Cognitive Therapy/CBT training and experience working with pediatric populations are encouraged to apply
  • experience delivering exposure therapy to youth with anxiety or OCD is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Clinical case management
  • Track and oversee high-risk cases
  • Collaborate with referral coordinator
  • Function as member of the triage team
