About The Position
The licensed Social Worker will support the psychosocial needs of our clients in Fargo, ND. Provides social work services and discharge planning to patients and families in the healthcare setting to meet individual health and psychosocial needs in the promotion of wellness and cost-effective outcomes. This position also transitions patients to alternate levels of care and provides crisis intervention as needed.
Requirements
- Current State Social Work Licensure
- A bachelor degree in social work from an accredited social work program.
