About The Position

The Children's Home is seeking a licensed professional to join its expanding Children and Family Treatment and Support Services (CFTSS) program. The clinician provides individual, family, and group services to youth from birth through age 21 and their families in a variety of settings, with the goal of improving overall wellness. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available. Compensation depends on license: $67,000–$73,000 for an LCSW, $62,000–$68,000 for other licenses, and $58,000–$62,000 for a limited permit. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is offered to full-time LCSWs. Children's Home is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Requirements

Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
A Limited Permit, LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAT, Licensed Psychologist, or similar credential.
Valid driver's license and ability to maintain insurance throughout employment.

Responsibilities

Provide clinical services consistent with agency productivity standards.
Conduct evaluations and assessments.
Develop and implement treatment plans and conduct reviews to monitor progress.
Complete and maintain required documentation promptly in the Electronic Health Record system.
Maintain client confidentiality.
Collaborate with other staff and outside service providers.
Provide supervision to other members of the CFTSS team.
Attend supervision and staff meetings.
