About The Position
A facility near Lamar, Missouri, is seeking a Social Worker to join their behavioral health team! This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule, Monday through Friday. New graduates are welcome to apply. A $15,000 signing bonus is available. The role involves providing social worker services by delivering behavioral health interventions as part of an interdisciplinary care team to improve patients’ physical health and psychosocial outcomes. The Social Worker will support individuals in managing chronic conditions through coaching sessions, medication and treatment plan adherence support, self-management education, goal setting, and facilitation of group classes.
Requirements
- Must have or be willing to obtain LCSW or LMFT in the state of Missouri
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- BLS required upon hire
