About The Position
This is a temporary, vacation replacement position with variable hours, approximately 375 hours. The role involves all aspects of social work intervention towards patients and families, reporting to the Clinical Manager.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited university
- Membership in the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers
- Able to work independently and with members of an interdisciplinary team
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of community resources
- Experience in a hospital setting
- Experience with discharge planning
- Experience in supervising students
- Fluent in French and English
