About The Position

The Social Worker provides clinically related social services to support the well-being of residents and their families. The role participates in the admission process in collaboration with the Administrator and Director of Nursing, assesses residents’ psychosocial needs, and delivers individualized support services to enhance their quality of life.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in social services.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a long-term care setting.
• If employed in Maryland, must be a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical (LCSW-C).
