About The Position
Responsible for providing emotional support and resources for children with developmental delays/disabilities and their families.
Requirements
- LCSW/LPC
- Part Time - 22.5 hours per week
Responsibilities
- Provides intakes/psychosocial assessments to determine patient needs, makes appropriate referrals, provides counseling and supportive services to patients/families, makes referrals to the Division of Child Protection and Permanency (DCP&P).
- Identifies and maintains funding sources which supports the Family Counseling & Guidance Program.
- Maintains statistical information and analysis of data, develops outcome and measures for program evaluation, program development and facilitation of program.
- Other duties as assigned
