About The Position

T & K Pediatric Services is seeking a compassionate and motivated Social Worker to join our pediatric Early Intervention team in Jamestown, North Dakota. This role supports infants and young children who are experiencing developmental delays or are at risk for developmental challenges. You will work closely with families and a multidisciplinary team to deliver individualized early intervention services that promote growth, independence, and long-term developmental success.

Requirements

Bachelor’s, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Early Childhood Education, Early Childhood Special Education, Special Education, Nursing, Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, or Physical Therapy
Must possess or be eligible to obtain all required North Dakota professional licenses, educator credentials, certifications, or registrations applicable to the position
Strong understanding of early childhood development and intervention principles
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Strong organization and documentation abilities
Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team setting
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

Experience working with infants and young children with developmental delays or disabilities preferred

Responsibilities

Conduct developmental evaluations and assessments for infants and young children
Identify developmental delays and create individualized intervention plans
Deliver direct early intervention services focused on developmental goals
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
Track progress, update treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation
Provide coaching and support to families for developmental activities at home and in the community
Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development
Use evidence-based practices to support developmental progress and outcomes
