About The Position

Acts is seeking a Social Worker to provide clinically related social services that support the well-being of residents and their families. The role participates in the admission process in collaboration with the Administrator and Director of Nursing, assesses residents’ psychosocial needs, and provides individualized support services to help enhance their quality of life. The position requires compliance with Florida's Care Provider Background Screening process.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in social services.
• At least two years of experience in a long-term care setting.
• If employed in Maryland, must be a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical (LCSW-C).
• Comply with Florida's Care Provider Background Screening process.
