About The Position
We are seeking dedicated and empathetic Social Workers to join our team and provide comprehensive, culturally-informed care to individuals and families. In this role, you will regularly meet with clients and caregivers to help them achieve treatment goals, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement effective care plans. You will also be a key player in crisis intervention, utilizing proven de-escalation techniques and participating in on-call rotations as needed. Services are primarily provided in the community, including families’ homes, schools, and other community locations. Requirements
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work
- Registered with California BBS: ASW, AMFT, APCC, or full licensed
- Be part of a rotating emergency on-call system, scheduled ahead of time
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- TB test clearance, fingerprinting clearance, and any other state/federal licensing or certification requirements
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and insurability through Seneca Family of Agencies’ insurance policy
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual Spanish skill set
- Experience working with children in out-of-home care
- Accuracy and timeliness in documenting mental health notes, care plans, outcomes, and incident reports
Responsibilities
- Regularly meet with clients and caregivers to achieve treatment goals using culturally informed best practices
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for care planning and support
- Apply crisis communication and de-escalation techniques if necessary
- Collaborate with agency staff and other professionals to develop and implement individual client care plans and interventions
- Be available for crisis intervention services, including on-call rotations
- Complete assessment and evaluation process of clients in order to develop and implement the care plan
- Accurately and promptly document mental health notes, care plans, outcomes, incident reports, and other records
- Participate in individual and group supervision sessions

- Starting at $73,213 - $87,213 per year, commensurate with experience
- Additional $4000 salary increase for BBS licensure
- Additional compensation provided upon passing bilingual language proficiency exam
