About The Position

The Behavioral Health LCSW provides specialized psychosocial support to transplant patients and their families, addressing behavioral health needs throughout the transplant continuum. This role focuses on promoting sustained wellness, adherence to medical and behavioral recommendations, and improving quality of life through evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Social Work
• 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in behavioral health or transplant/medical setting
• Eligible for licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Georgia. Upon Hire

Nice To Haves

• Experience with addiction specialty
• Professional certification as one of the following: NCAC - National Certified Addictions Counselor NCAC II or CADC - Certified Alcohol & Drug Counselor or CAC, CAC I, or CAC II or CCS
