About The Position
Reporting to the Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of social work intervention towards patients and families. For information purpose only, please note that the position is currently aligned with Mobile Team, subject to change.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited university
- Membership in the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers
- Able to work independently and with members of an interdisciplinary team
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of community resources
- Experience in a hospital setting
- Experience with discharge planning
- Experience in supervising students
- Fluent in French and English
