About The Position

Provide medical and administrative social work services to the patients of Bristol Bay Area Health Corporation (BBAHC).

Requirements

• Master of Social Work (MSW) from a school accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE).
• Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) required.
• Minimum of two (2) years of demonstrated experience in supervisory roles, including direct oversight of staff and active involvement in budget planning, management, and resource allocation.
• Comprehensive understanding of human growth and development principles across the lifespan.
• Demonstrated effectiveness to apply age-appropriate care strategies for pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations.

• Demonstrated experience in supporting patients and their families in identifying individualized care solutions and coordinating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to address complex medical and psychosocial needs.
• Demonstrated ability to assess and interpret patient data to determine age-specific needs.

• Be readily accessible to inpatients and outpatients visiting clinics and Kanakanak Hospital.
