The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) independently provides comprehensive biopsychosocial/spiritual assessment, diagnosis and/or treatment/interventions/advocacy of patients and their support systems. Requirements
- Master's Degree in Social Work from a CSWE Accredited School of Social Work, OR from a school in candidacy status by the council of Social Work Education (CSWE).
- Upon hire: Oregon Clinical Social Worker License (1) Or Upon hire: Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker License Notes: (1) License in states wherever care is delivered
- 2 years of relevant Social Work experience.
- May include CSWA experience.

- 2 years of Social work experience.
