About The Position

Psychiatric Social Worker needed to provide comprehensive psychiatric and mental health services to patients in an intensive outpatient program, using advanced clinical practice, principles, and theory. The role involves local travel between sites in Derby and Shelton. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with one to two evenings until 7:00 p.m.

Requirements

• Master’s-level clinician with a degree from an accredited school, specializing in psychiatric social work.
• LMSW required.

Nice To Haves

• LCSW preferred.
• Experience with group therapy preferred.
• Experience with co-occurring disorders preferred.
