About The Position

The Social Worker formulates and implements appropriate treatment and permanency plans for children and families on their caseload. The role provides clinical input into the therapeutic milieu to ensure appropriate care for each child, documents interventions and required reports in a timely and professional manner, and coordinates treatment for each resident to ensure interventions are appropriate, timely, and effective.

Requirements

• Licensed, with a master’s degree in social work or a related human service field and social work experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of social work responsibilities and the ability to apply relevant skills.
• Ability to supervise childcare staff and childcare treatment programs.
• Driver’s license.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks.
• Documented proficiency in basic social work training areas.
