About The Position

The Horsham Clinic is seeking a dynamic, compassionate, and flexible Masters Level Social Worker (FLOAT) to join their team. This role involves providing clinical social work services on a designated unit, consistent with the philosophy and objectives of The Horsham Clinic and the NASW. Responsibilities include psychosocial assessments, individual, group, and family therapy, participation in treatment team planning, processing commitments, discharge planning/case management, crisis intervention, and serving as a liaison with referral sources and other hospital departments. The Adult Partial Hospitalization Program Social Worker will provide direct care under supervision, ensuring a safe and therapeutic milieu, crisis intervention, assistance with activities of daily living, and communication with referral sources and families. The Horsham Clinic is a 206-bed behavioral healthcare facility serving children, adolescents, adults, and their families, with additional partial hospitalization programs. Requirements

Master's degree in social work required.
3-5 years prior experience working with a psychiatric mental health population required.
Knowledge of case management, discharge planning, group leadership skills, age specific growth and development, crisis and behavior management.
Flexibility for reassignment to units providing care to varied populations including children, adolescents, adults, older adults and dually diagnosed patients in an inpatient hospital setting.
Must be a team player.
Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication.

LSW/LCSW/LPC/LMFT - Preferred (not required)
Inpatient psychiatric population experience preferred.
Experience running group therapy.
