About The Position
Gulf Pointe Plaza is seeking an experienced and dedicated Licensed Social Worker! The Social Worker will provide medically related social work services so that each resident may attain or maintain the highest practicable level of physical, mental and psychosocial well-being.
Requirements
- 4 year Degree
- Social Worker License in the State of Texas

- 2 Years Social Work experience in a Long Term Care or Hospital
