About The Position
Assesses the patient's psychosocial situation in order to make recommendations to medical personnel and provides direct services that ensure the patient's best use of health care services and community resources.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree Accredited School of Social Work Required
Nice To Haves
- 1 year experience as a Medical Social Worker Preferred
- General Experience communicating in Spanish (Bilingual) Preferred
- PA Social Worker License Preferred
