About The Position

The Acute Care program is seeking to fill a full-time, permanent Social Worker 2 position in our Concurrent Outpatient Medical & Psychosocial Addiction Support Service (COMPASS) with primary responsibilities in the Rainbow Service. Reporting to the COMPASS Manager overseeing Rainbow Services, the incumbent will provide direct clinical care for members of the LGBTQ2S communities who have substance use concerns and concurrent disorders as well as opportunities to provide care to clients being served in our general COMPASSS program on an as needed basis. Requirements

• Full-time, permanent position
• Social Worker 2 role
• Experience in Concurrent Outpatient Medical & Psychosocial Addiction Support Service (COMPASS)
• Experience with the Rainbow Service
• Ability to provide direct clinical care for members of the LGBTQ2S communities with substance use concerns and concurrent disorders
• Ability to provide care to clients in the general COMPASSS program as needed
