About The Position

At Klue, we are building the future of competitive intelligence. As a Social & Video Creator, you will operate at the intersection of brand storytelling, social content strategy, and video production. You will use Klue's studio, channels, and creative direction to build content that grows an owned audience of product marketers and competitive intelligence practitioners, and makes Klue the B2B brand other marketers study. Your mission is to produce creative content that builds Klue's social presence, earns audience loyalty, and gives the marketing team a consistent, high-quality output to build on. You will shoot, edit, produce, and distribute, managing the day-to-day content engine and leading the big-swing campaigns that define how Klue shows up in the market. Success will be measured by audience growth, positive feedback from practitioners, and the impact of content on pipeline generation.

Requirements

  • Practical experience shooting professional-grade video and editing. Understands story structure, pacing, and b-roll; comfortable in a studio and with lo-fi formats.
  • Genuine social-native instincts. Opinions about what performs on LinkedIn and YouTube and can back them up with results.
  • Production pipeline discipline. Can manage a content calendar, coordinate contractors, and ship consistently without being managed.
  • Creative concept muscle. Goes from brief to concrete pitch; brings specific ideas, not generic availability.
  • Strong creative eye. Framing, visual quality, pacing, and brand consistency across formats.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with paid social creative ad versioning and translating organic content to paid formats
  • Familiarity with B2B, product marketing, or competitive intelligence content.
  • Motion graphics or animation skills, or confidence directing animators with clear creative briefs.
  • A trusted network of freelance editors or creators.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the weekly social content calendar across LinkedIn and YouTube, producing short-form video, clips, and creative posts that grow Klue's following.
  • Film and edit content independently using Klue's studio setup, as well as lo-fi phone formats.
  • Lead production of major creative projects (docuseries, ad series, creative campaigns) from concept through publish.
  • Manage shoot logistics, b-roll capture, scripting, story editing, and the full production pipeline.
  • Coordinate with external video editors, animators, and contractors to ship on time and on quality.
  • Extract maximum distribution from every project (clips, serialized drops, social pulls, repurposed cuts).
  • Pitch original series and format concepts grounded in Klue's positioning and audience interests.
  • Track channel performance and bring data-backed recommendations on what to double down on.
  • Produce video-based customer stories, ad creative, and supporting assets for the marketing flywheel.
